To Live and Die by Customs

Majority of the residents in Kuala Linggi are Malays. Their main source of income is fishing. They build their houses on their own land. Hence, their houses are separated from each other.

Most of the residents in Kuala Linggi have their own mode of transportation such as motorcycles and cars. Even so, school buses and public bus services are available. The public transportation provides convenience for the residents to move from one place to the other.

In the village where majority of its residents are Malays, it is instantly felt that the way of living is pretty much traditional Malay. The residents’ soft and polite way of speaking, knowing each other and friendliness, make this an interesting village to visit.
